Job Title: EMEA Sales Director – Mobile Data Networks (Based in Italy) Overview: Our client, a leading global provider of intelligent mobile Internet solutions, is seeking a hands-on Sales Director for the EMEA region. This full-time, permanent, remote position can be based anywhere in Europe. Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of direct sales experience with EMEA Mobile Operators Proven sales experience with IP Infrastructure hardware and/or software Track record in acquiring new customers and exceeding sales quotas Ability to lead cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, engineering, and business development Strong influencing skills at all management levels Ability to thrive in a dynamic, start-up environment with minimal supervision Technical aptitude and strategic thinker Excellent communication, teamwork, and project management skills Bachelor’s degree required Willingness to travel Fluent in English Key Responsibilities: Manage existing EMEA accounts and develop new ones, driving sales pipeline to exceed revenue and margin targets Maximize sales performance, customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction Build and lead a strategic team to support sales objectives Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support sales processes Develop strong relationships with channel partners and key accounts Coordinate with Customer Support and Engineering teams to ensure customer satisfaction Create and implement annual business plans aligned with company objectives Maintain deep understanding of product offerings and market needs Expand network within key accounts, engaging with executives at all levels Additional Notes: Interested candidates are encouraged to send their contact details and updated resumes for a confidential discussion.
