Nastec is expanding its international sales organization and is seeking an Area Manager – Middle East to further develop brand presence and business growth across the region.If you are passionate about sales, results-driven, and motivated to grow within an international and innovative environment, this is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a strategically important market.As Area Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing Nastec's commercial strategy in the Middle East. This role requires strong strategic thinking, leadership skills, and a deep understanding of regional markets to drive sustainable growth and deliver measurable results.You will work closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams while ensuring a high level of support to local customers and partners. Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with distributors, system integrators, installers, OEMs, and key stakeholders will be central to your success.RESPONSIBILITIES- Increase market share and support business development initiatives to drive revenue growth across the Middle East- Build and strengthen long-term relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners through regular market visits- Accurately record all Customer Relationship Management activities in the CRM system- Manage inbound and outbound leads and proactively generate new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, email outreach, and networking- Monitor sales performance, KPIs, and product trends within the region- Present, demonstrate, and train customers and partners to support sales activities- Manage pricing support mechanisms and contribute to commercial negotiations- Support and enhance the local market presence and performance of partners- Represent the company at customer events, meetings, and industry activities, including out-of-hours engagements when required- Participate in international exhibitionsYOUR BACKGROUNDThe ideal candidate is proactive, commercially driven, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, international environment with multiple priorities.
