Barman/Barlady – Bartender – Baristi (Seasonal 2026)
Location & Timing
Marina Di Ginosa, Italy – Seasonal summer 2026.
Responsibilities
* Prepare coffee, hot and cold drinks, alcoholic and non‐alcoholic beverages, snacks and appetizers for guests.
* Perform opening and closing bar services and cash operations.
* Operate bar equipment and machines and maintain knowledge of their use.
* Keep equipment, utensils, tables, bar counter, and work areas clean.
* Adhere strictly to safety and hygiene regulations (HACCP).
* Ensure company standards and high‐quality service.
Qualifications & Experience
* Previous experience in hotels, resorts, bars, cafés.
* Knowledge of coffee basics and cocktails.
* Guest‐orientation, attention to detail, excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Curiosity, passion for the sector, reliability, professionalism, pro‐proactivity, teamwork, listening.
* High‐level service ambition, problem‐solving skills.
* Knowledge of HACCP and safety regulations.
