Hiring: Onshore Structure Site Engineer Job Duration: 1.5 Years\nDepartment: CIV – Civil Engineering\nLocation: Italy\nExperience Required: 5–10 Years\nRole Overview\nAs an Onshore Structure Site Engineer, you will join the Civil Department within the ENCAR business line, supporting structural steelwork engineering activities for industrial onshore projects.\nKey Responsibilities\nSupport the Discipline Leader in applying company standards, procedures, and work instructions\nDefine steelwork activities and deliverables; develop schedules aligned with contractual requirements\nCoordinate engineering activities (internal & subcontracted) ensuring quality, budget, and timeline compliance\nDesign steel structures for industrial buildings, pipe racks, warehouses, and process facilities\nCoordinate with Engineering subcontractors and Steel Vendors\nEnsure 3D modeling and drawing extraction aligned with structural calculations\nManage interfaces with other disciplines\nPrepare detailed BOQs and maintain updated MTOs\nMonitor scope changes and update quantity, manhour, and cost estimates\nPrepare technical specifications for steel materials and support Procurement activities\nReview and approve shop drawings; monitor fabrication and delivery schedules\nProvide technical support to Construction and Site teams\nPrepare site modification drawings and manage punch list clearance\nQualifications\nBachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering\nMaster's Degree in Structural Engineering (preferred)\n5–10 years of relevant experience in structural steelworks (industrial projects preferred)\nTechnical Skills\nCAD Software: AutoCAD / BricsCAD / MicroStation\n3D modeling & steel detailing experience preferred\nProject Details\nWorking Hours per Day: 8 hours\nWorking Days per Week: 5 days\nAvailability: ASAP\nContract Type: Permanent\nIf you are interested or would like to recommend someone, please send your CV at via LinkedIn message.
