Digital Health Solution Executive
The Digital Health Solution Executive works out of our offices in Milano or Rome within the Core Laboratory Division. The role involves promoting, presenting, and selling consulting services and IT engagements that help healthcare providers improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance patient care quality.
What You’ll Do
* Lead development and presentation of proposals for client engagements designing business and technology solutions for healthcare providers.
* Support implementation, oversee quality of deliverables, manage team and relationships to ensure high performance, and act as a trusted advisor.
* Serve as SME on industry trends, regulations, and healthcare policies within the customer segment.
* Build and maintain customer relationships to generate new sales and retain existing business.
* Develop a pipeline for new projects and expansions by understanding customer needs.
* Negotiate contracts for long-term commitments, managing the process from quotation to agreement.
* Integrate insights from ongoing analysis into multi-year strategic plans.
* Coordinate Abbott resources to execute strategic account plans, assigning roles, expectations, and timelines.
* Ensure all activities comply with quality system requirements.
Education
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
* Preferred: Degree in medical, life sciences, or medical technology.
Required Qualifications
* At least 4 years of experience selling digital health solutions.
* Proven track record in Pre-Sales, Sales, and Business Development.
* Experience in Hospital, E-Health, Outpatient Care, or Diagnostics sectors.
* Expertise in IT technology within healthcare environments and understanding of how technology adds value.
* Strong relationship-building and consulting skills.
* Service-driven, commercially minded.
* Fluency in Italian and English is essential.
* Management and customer references supporting experience in similar roles.
* IT-Consulting and Diagnostics experience are preferred.
