We are looking for an HSE Specialist to join our team. The role ensures compliance with local regulations and ISO standards, drives continuous improvement in health, safety, and environmental performance, and maintains alignment between the integrated management system and operational needs. The position also supports the Health and Safety Manager in managing certifications, HSE reporting, and documentation.
Main ResponsibilitiesEnvironmentEnsure compliance with environmental regulations and manage related documentation.Monitor environmental KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.Support internal and external audits and maintain ISO 14001 certification.Maintain processes within the integrated management system.Ensure traceability and alignment of management system documentation.Health and SafetySupport the Health and Safety Manager in ensuring legal compliance.Contribute to risk assessment activities and provide technical advice.Collaborate with contractors to ensure proper implementation of safety requirements during on-site activities.Monitor H&S KPIs.Participate in and follow up on accident and near-miss investigations.Maintain processes within the integrated management system.Promote a strong safety culture and raise awareness.
RequirementsMinimum 3 years' experience in an HSE role.Fluency in Italian and English (both written and spoken)Knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.Knowledge of ESG systems.Good knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.Good Excel skills.Strong attention to documentation management.AutoCAD and technical drawing skills are a plus.
