Offerta di Lavoro: Sales & Marketing Manager Corporate
ROMEO Collection, un giovane e prestigioso brand italiano di hotel 5 stelle, è alla ricerca di un Sales & Marketing Manager Corporate da inserire nel nostro team. La posizione riporta direttamente alla Direzione della Collection e prevede le seguenti responsabilità:
1. Developing and consolidating commercial relationships with tour operators, travel agencies, companies, and other strategic stakeholders.
2. Participating in national and international trade fairs and workshops.
3. Organizing and leading fam trips, educational events, and site inspections.
4. Drafting and implementing action plans with clear and measurable objectives.
5. Identifying new business opportunities in leisure, corporate, and MICE segments both nationally and internationally.
6. Managing follow-up activities for all commercial proposals, overseeing each phase until closing negotiations.
7. Constantly monitoring and updating the company databases, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with internal policies.
8. Collaborating with the Revenue Manager to optimize sales strategies.
9. Supporting the development and revision of offers, contracts, and commercial correspondence.
10. Monitoring market and competition trends to identify emerging opportunities and growth areas.
Marketing, PR, and Communication
1. Managing relationships with PR agencies and media, both Italian and international, to ensure a consistent and high-quality brand presence.
2. Organizing and overseeing press visits, journalist and influencer stays, ensuring an impeccable experience.
3. Handling the drafting, revision, and dissemination of periodic press releases in Italian and English.
4. Conducting inspections and guided tours for media representatives, journalists, and content creators.
5. Managing media requests, including informational updates, image and press material sharing.
6. Maintaining press reviews and digital archives, including press kits and press folders.
7. Coordinating with the Digital department to ensure consistency between online and offline communication.
Requirements:
* At least 5 years of experience in Sales & Marketing roles within luxury hotels, boutique hotels, or international chains.
* Excellent communication, relational, and negotiation skills.
* Fluent proficiency in Italian and English (both written and spoken); knowledge of a third language is a plus.
* Strong knowledge of the tourism market and B2B and B2C dynamics in the luxury segment.
* Familiarity with CRM, business intelligence tools, and Microsoft Office suite.
* Analytical mindset, strong sense of responsibility, and results-oriented approach.
* Flexibility, dynamism, and willingness to travel frequently.
