This role is critical in ensuring technical coherence, performance visibility, and alignment across product lines, regions, and business units, while enabling sales, solutions architects, and marketing teams to successfully position and sell integrated thermal solutions. /p h3What kind of work will you be doing? /h3 ul liDefine and maintain engineering-level product and solution specifications, primarily but not limited to technology cooling systems. /li liMake engineering-level preliminary evaluations at thermal chain solutions level. /li liSustain deep technical conversations at thermal chain level across the full thermal chain. /li liContribute to make/buy decisions, platform strategies, and roadmap technical alignment across BUs. /li liBring working knowledge of HVAC control logic, software-enabled features, and coding concepts (PLC logic, BMS integration, algorithms preferred) to shape SOO to meet customer needs. /li liNavigate and interpret Revit models and 3D layouts and draft preliminary solutions. /li liMake single-line diagrams for preliminary solution proposals. /li liAct as a subject matter expert (SME) for technical sales and solutions architects, especially during early quotation phases. /li liDeliver technical demos, competitive comparisons, and solution positioning sessions. /li liCapture and translate Voice of Customer (VOC) into an EMEA solution offering, working closely with tech sales and solution architects on market demand and with global business units on engineering/NPDI. /li liDrive and support NPDI proposals based on market demand, technology readiness, and system constraints. /li liProven experience working with complex thermal or HVAC systems, ideally in data center or mission-critical environments. /li liStrong exposure to controls, software-enabled HVAC solutions, and system integration. /li liDemonstrated ability to translate technical depth into market-facing messaging. /li liEnsure all customer‑facing offering documentation and marketing collateral is available, accurate, and specific for the region, country, and market segment. /li liPrepare and deliver presentations, product demos, competitive comparisons, and other sales enablement tools and collateral. /li liDevelop and track metrics to measure post‑launch sales performance of new offerings, including pipeline and quotation. /li liCollaborate with marketing teams to develop marketing programs. /li /ul h3What will make you successful? /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in Engineering; Master’s degree in engineering preferred. /li li8+ years technical, product/service, strategic planning, marketing or directly related experience. /li liStrong business acumen and acts as a CEO. /li liAbility to quickly develop cross‑functional relationships to achieve business objectives. /li liTechnical expertise to translate customer needs/pain points to solutions. /li liDemonstrated competence in problem solving, data analysis, project management. /li liExcellent communication skills – written verbal. /li liHigh focus on customer needs. /li liPipework engineering design experience preferred. /li liAbility to combine long‑term and short‑term goals by setting priorities. /li liAbility to interact with all levels within the organization from entry level to executive. /li liAttitude to act as a leader in his/her role and with curiosity in all new market trends, technologies, etc. /li liLanguage skills: fluent English written and verbal required. /li liProficiency with Microsoft Office suite, Smartsheet, and other business applications.
