ProductLife Group is seeking a Regional Marketing Manager (Southern Europe) in Italy to join our Global Marketing team.
Role:
The Regional Marketing Manager will be responsible for executing localized marketing strategies aligned with global objectives. In a matrixed environment, you will collaborate with sales, sales operations, and global marketing teams to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue in your region.
Key Responsibilities:
* Strategic Campaign Execution: Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns on social media, email, and advertising platforms. Analyze and report on campaign performance.
* Social Media Management: Manage regional social media channels, create engaging content, and interact with the audience to strengthen brand presence.
* Marketing Technology Expertise: Act as a super user for marketing platforms like Pardot, managing email campaigns, website updates, and analytics. Lead webinar activities and manage related projects.
* Event Support & Management: Coordinate event logistics with global events, serve as a contact point for internal teams and organizers, and provide on-site support when needed.
* Marketing Analytics & Reporting: Develop analytics to measure marketing effectiveness across channels, using insights for continuous improvement.
* Content Management: Maintain current and consistent marketing content across local channels, and keep detailed tracking and calendars for all activities.
Required Skills:
* 5+ years of relevant experience.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
* Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
* Ability to collaborate effectively with partners in an international environment.
* Proficiency in English for communication with colleagues.
