PpbSales Manager Agency - Italy /b /p pBlis is looking for an ambitious candidate to take on the role of Sales Manager in Milan. /p pThe successful candidate will be based in Milan, report into the Group Head Agency in Milan and will be required to manage their own pipeline. The ideal candidate will have several years’ experience within the market, have a strong contact list, and ideally hold existing agency relationships. They will need to demonstrate an in-depth understanding of the current mobile market and where to leverage omnichannel opportunities to drive sales. /p pMost importantly, the candidate will be able to source significant levels of new business, develop strong client relationships, mentor and support members of the team. /p h3Key responsibilities /h3 ul liWork with Group Head Media Agency to help drive revenue growth opportunities. /li liLeverage existing and new relationships to build your own pipeline of opportunity across Blis product set. /li liConversion of pipeline and acquisition of new customers and accounts to achieve realistic targets. /li liDeep relationship building and account management of OMG. /li liBe proactive and input into team strategy and the wider company vision. /li /ul h3Skills and requirements /h3 ul liStrong background in digital or mobile sales and account management. /li liExpert knowledge of mobile and understanding of how mobile is traded. /li liCurrently leveraging large budgets from media / mobile agencies. /li liHave a deep contact list and experience to hit the ground running and quickly deliver on high sales targets. /li liA demonstrable understanding of the needs and requirements of digital media buyers. /li liA proven track record of growing a pipeline from scratch. /li liThe confidence to present to large and small audiences. /li liA proven ability to close deals and achieve targets. /li liDemonstrable self-starter experience. /li liA commitment to being a team player in a dynamic environment. /li /ul h3About us /h3 pBlis is the only omnichannel DSP that unites telco data, real-world movement patterns, and transactions to deliver a complete view of the consumer.
