Ph3Overview /h3pJoin to apply for the Product Manager role at PETTENON COSMETICS. /ppWith a 2-3 years’ experience, the Product Manager is responsible for the development and lifecycle of brand portfolio and its product innovation (innovation, renovation, redesign). The fulfilment of the mission links innovation product development with a strong customer centric approach, aligned with the company’s strategic goals. The PM acts as the voice of the consumer and the orchestrator of cross functional collaboration to deliver value driven solution for the market and professional hair care channel. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving the development, launch, and lifecycle of a key hair care beauty brand of Pettenon Cosmetics portfolio. You will blend consumer insights, market trends, and brand strategy to create innovative and high-performing products that resonate with target audiences and strengthen brand equity. You are a bright thinker, able to investigate consumer insights and translate them into concepts and innovative product design, working with cross functional teams and able to coordinate project management around the product development phases end-to-end, from idea phase to market launch. /ppThis includes, creating the concept from insight / trend and consumer analysis, seizing the opportunity and identify the growth drivers, initiate the innovation process, briefing cross functional teams and coordinate the project development phases (working with Mktg Research Agencies, RD, Technical, Operations, Communication, Procurement and Legal depts), as well developing the tools and materials necessary to launch and support sell in / out (POP, consumer leaflet, technical brochures, GWPs, et al) together with the Field education Mgr and Trade Mktg Mgr. Able to structure compelling briefs, effectively manage external design agencies, coordinate internal cross functional project flows, you will drive the brand growth and innovation roadmap. Highly skilled in communication, you will be involved in creating and giving presentations for the external customers, the internal sales force, agencies, during briefs, sales canvass. /p h3Responsibilities /h3ulliProduct Strategy Roadmap: Define and execute the product strategy aligned with brand positioning and market needs. /liliInnovation Development: Lead ideation and development of new products, from concept to launch, in collaboration with RD, packaging, regulatory, and supply chain teams. /liliMarket Trend Analysis: Monitor beauty trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and gaps. /liliProject Management: Manage timelines, budgets, and cross-functional coordination to ensure timely and successful product launches. /liliGo-to-Market Planning: Partner with trade marketing, sales, and education teams to develop compelling launch campaigns, training materials, and in-store / online strategies and sell in / out materials /liliPerformance Tracking: Analyze product performance, consumer feedback, and sales data to optimize existing portfolio and inform future development. /li /ulh3Additional responsibilities /h3ulliPreparation and presentation of launches / carry overs to distributors / agents / customers / internals; /liliCollaboration with Communications Dept for content creation and communication copies /liliUpdating of brand institutional materials (catalogue and product map) and launch book; /liliCreation of product sheets / materials for online (copy and images) /liliBrief creation for external agencies, product shooting, internal project management (eg RD) /liliActivities related to fairs and events (presentations, set-up, meetings with customers...); /liliSupport Customer Service in answering to structured requests from key clients. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3ulliDegree in Economics / Marketing / Digital Marketing /liliPrevious experience in the role of min. 3 years, in multinational contexts, preferably in the beauty industry HQ, FMCG HQ; /liliProduct development and portfolio management skills as a must; /liliMarketing driven attitude, creative and innovative complemented by analytical approach; /liliResult oriented, curious and open mindset /liliMarketing / Go to Market skills, digital acumen, sales know-how /liliScientific know-how as a plus; /liliTeam player, project leader; /liliInspire trust; /liliCollaborative, with clear communication skills and proactive approach to innovation; /liliSAP / Centric (PLM) knowledge as a plus; /liliItalian and English fluency. /li /ul h3Seniority level /h3ulliMid-Senior level /li /ul h3Employment type /h3ulliFull-time /li /ul h3Job function /h3ulliProduct Management and Marketing /li /ul h3Industries /h3ulliPersonal Care Product Manufacturing /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
