ROLE DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a Dutch-speaking Sales Executive to ensure business continuity and commercial performance on the Belgian market (Flemish region) during a maternity leave.
Your mission is to manage and develop an existing client portfolio while actively generating new business opportunities. You will play a key role in maintaining sales momentum, ensuring client satisfaction, and contributing to QRP’s revenue stability.
You are expected to execute the sales process with rigor and consistency - from lead generation to deal closure - while maintaining strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Sales Execution
- Negotiate and close deals while handling objections effectively
- Drive the full sales cycle from first contact to closing
- Prepare and deliver tailored presentations on products and services
- Account Management
- Manage and develop an existing client portfolio
- Maintain regular contact with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities
- Provide reliable after-sales support
- Sales Development & Prospecting
- Actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social selling
- Set up meetings with potential clients and understand their needs
- Pipeline & CRM Management
- Manage and track all sales activities and opportunities in the CRM (OnePageCRM)
- Ensure data accuracy and proper follow-up of all leads
- Performance Tracking
- Report sales activity and results to the Business Development Manager
- Monitor performance against targets and take corrective actions when needed
- Customer Satisfaction & Issue Resolution
- Handle complaints and resolve issues to maintain high customer satisfaction and protect QRP’s reputation
- Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
- Work closely with marketing, service delivery, and other teams to ensure alignment
- Support the BDM and Sales Manager in sales projects and initiatives
- Suggest improvements to sales processes and tools
SKILLS
- Native or near-native Dutch (C1/C2) with strong writing capabilities;
- Fluent English (C1/C2), able to work in an international environment;
- Additional language (French or Italian) is a plus;
- Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Strong negotiation and communication skills (phone and face-to-face)
- Results-driven with a strong commercial mindset
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities and priorities
- Good analytical and reporting skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g. OnePageCRM, Odoo)

CONTRACT DETAILS
- Employment contract: Full-time, Fixed-term contract 1 year (maternity cover)
- Work location: Hybrid (Como) with 3 days of smart working
- Occasional travel to Belgium
