LHH recruitment solutions offers an interesting opportunity to be part of a young, ambitious, and solid company founded by professionals with twenty years of experience in the energy sector, in the role of Business Developer for Photovoltaic Plants (ground and roof-mounted).
The Photovoltaic Business Developer will be responsible for the commercial development of new photovoltaic plant projects across Northern Italy (initial focus on Verona, Mantova, Lombardy/Veneto plains, with some areas in Piedmont and Friuli based on business opportunities).
Responsibilities
* Identify suitable lands and sites for photovoltaic plants, paying particular attention to current regulations.
* Negotiate agreements with land/industrial site owners regarding purchase or surface rights concessions.
* Manage relationships with local authorities and public administrations to obtain permits and authorizations (PAS, Single Authorization, etc.) and monitor the progress of the authorization process and related administrative documentation.
* Support technical team colleagues during preliminary design phases and work in synergy with legal consultants to ensure project success.
* Develop strategic relationships and partnerships with investors, companies, and stakeholders in the sector.
Your Profile
* Diploma and/or Degree.
* Preferred experience in developing photovoltaic systems or related sectors (renewable energy, energy and gas sales, energy saving, real estate).
* Previous commercial experience, contract negotiation skills for long-term projects, and relationship management with both private (landowners) and public (municipal entities) stakeholders.
* Willingness to travel for site inspections and meetings with local authorities and site owners.
* Autonomy and proactivity in business development and project management.
* Knowledge of main IT tools.

Work location: Verona + smart working + travel across Northern Italy provinces (Veneto, Lombardy, Emilia Romagna).
