The Role
Reporting to the
Ecommerce Senior Manager
, the
Digital Merchandiser
is responsible for managing and optimizing the online assortment for a specific set of brands and businesses within the HEAD Group.
This is a commercially-driven role where you will own the digital product lifecycle—from selection to visual merchandising and margin optimization.
Key Responsibilities
Assortment Management:
Lead the digital merchandising process for assigned brands to maximize commercial performance.
Visual Merchandising:
Own storefront presentation, ensuring product placement and categorization drive conversion and reflect premium positioning.
Marketing & Content Alignment:
Ensure digital marketing content and campaign activations are perfectly aligned with upcoming assortments.
Commercial Strategy & Promotions:
Align on the commercial calendar; curate specific assortments for activations and promotional campaigns.
Profitability & Marginality:
Monitor and optimize product marginality and sell-through rates.
Analytics & Optimization:
Continuous analysis of assortment performance to inform re-ordering and markdowns.
Competitor Monitoring:
Perform regular market benchmarking to ensure assortment and pricing remain best-in-class.
Personal Specification
Experience:
3-5 years in Digital Merchandising, Buying, or E-commerce category management.
Commercial Acumen:
Strong understanding of retail math, product margins, and inventory management.
Analytical Skills:
Solid expertise in e-commerce KPIs and web analytics.
Cultural Fit:
A resilient professional who thrives in a state of continuous evolution.
Language:
Professional fluency in English.
