We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Growth Marketing Manager to lead the Marketing function and support business growth.
The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of proven experience in the role, combines strategic vision with strong execution skills, and is able to manage the entire marketing funnel—from brand positioning to acquisition, activation, and retention.
Reporting directly to the CEO, this role plays a key role in defining and scaling the marketing strategy across multiple markets.
Responsibilities:
- Define and implement Qapla’s brand positioning strategy across Italy, Spain, and Europe
- Optimize acquisition strategies across both inbound (Enterprise/Big Accounts) and self-service (SMB) channels, organic and paid
- Lead and coordinate the marketing team consisting of 2 people (Marketing Specialist, SEO Strategist)
- Manage external agencies for campaigns and other marketing activities
- Build and optimize lead generation and nurturing funnels
- Experiment with new channels, approaches, and technologies (AI, automation, agents)
- Monitor KPIs, budgets, and ROI, delivering regular reports to management
Requirements:
3–5+ years of experience in Growth Marketing / Marketing Manager roles, preferably within SaaS companies
Experience in the eCommerce sector
Fluent proficiency in Italian and English
Proven experience in defining and executing Go-To-Market strategies
Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams and external agencies
Solid knowledge of performance marketing platforms
Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (knowledge of Zoho, HubSpot, and GA4 will be considered a plus)
Advanced use of AI tools, agents, and workflow automation
Strong results orientation, proactive mindset, and ability to work independently in fast-paced environments
Nice to Have: Background in international and high-growth environments
