We are looking for a passionate E-Commerce specialist to join our teamType of contract: Maternity cover – 1 yearHere’s what you’ll get to do: Enhance your strengths and level up your e-commerce careerShare your creative ideas and get to execute them at the highest standardsManage the company’s online store, including product listings, descriptions, pricing, promotions and inventory management Analyze and report on e-commerce metrics, such as website traffic, conversion rate and customer retention to identify areas for improvement and optimize performance Oversee the company’s customer service team, including responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues or complaintsMonitor e-commerce marketing activities Coordinate with external teams (agencies, developers)Coordinate e-commerce photo shoots Improve customer experience and increase conversion rates by analyzing customer acquisition channels Keep up to date with e-commerce trends and best practices Ensure the company’s e-commerce operations comply with relevant laws and regulations, such as data privacy, consumer protection and accessibilityTo succeed in this role, you should have: At least 2 years of experience in e-commerce Experience with Web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics and Power BIStrong knowledge of e-commerce platforms and familiarity with digital marketing toolsKnowledge of e-commerce best practices and trends Skill for structure and attention to detail Ability to prioritize effectively Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Understanding of relevant laws and regulationsOutstanding analytical and critical thinking skillsPersonal interest with marketplaces is a plus Previous experience in the fashion and luxury sector is a plus
