We are searching for a highly motivated Pharma Product Specialist with a strong scientific background and previous experience in a similar role to join our Sales Department. Celltrion Healthcare Italy is a rapidly developing company with a robust product pipeline across multiple therapeutic areas. Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in Specialty drugs, but attitude will be the primary criterion for selection. The ideal candidate is a team builder, proactive, flexible, open-minded, energetic, results-oriented, and highly motivated to contribute to the company's growth and to grow professionally within our organization in Italy. Key responsibilities include: Supporting the Area Manager in understanding the assigned region(s) in areas such as Allergology, Pneumology, Immunology, or Dermatology. Collaborating with the Area Manager and Medical Liaisons to map biologics-prescribing physicians in the relevant areas. Promoting Celltrion products to physicians in target areas, following guidelines from the Regional Business Manager. Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders impacting access and distribution, including administrative personnel, pharmacists, and physicians. Monitoring local policies and competitors' commercial actions, reporting findings, and designing potential strategic responses. Keeping detailed records of activities using CRM tools, in line with RBM requests. Presenting Celltrion products and their value propositions, emphasizing healthcare system sustainability, using provided materials. Identifying and supporting negotiations for commercial opportunities within the private healthcare sector. Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Celltrion's code of conduct. Reporting all field activities, including interactions, material distribution, and expenses. Possessing a scientific degree in medicine, pharmacy, biology, or an equivalent field. Having previous experience as a Pharma Product Specialist, preferably in Allergology, Immunology, Pneumology, or Dermatology. Deep knowledge of the regional process and stakeholders. Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with a result-oriented approach. Availability to travel over 50%, including overnight stays. Experience with product launches is a plus but not mandatory.
