About the Role
We are seeking a Junior Account Manager for the Italy region. Training will be provided.
Responsibilities
1. Work with MCC distribution partners and customers to achieve design wins and increase account penetration.
2. Promote MCC as a strategic partner with assigned customers.
3. Research and develop new customers and explore new business segments.
4. Develop account strategies and execute business plans.
5. Effectively handle customer issues.
6. Meet sales targets (bookings/Billing).
7. Gather and analyze market intelligence and provide feedback to the relevant product teams.
8. Collaborate with regional or global teams to achieve objectives.
9. Conduct business reviews with customers and distribution channels.
Education Background / Major
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
Experience (Ideal)
2-4 years of sales or account management experience with a proven track record of exceeding quotas.
Knowledge (Ideal)
Understanding of the semiconductor industry and experience with semiconductor products.
Abilities / Qualities
Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles, including negotiating contracts and closing deals.
Strong relationship-building skills with customers and channel partners, and ability to identify new opportunities.
Availability for customer visits and occasional travel within Europe.
Skills / Certifications
* Fluent in English and Italian, with excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
