* Clear verbal communication, empathetic and concise
* Persuasive sales skills and influential ability
* Experience with Salesforce (preferred)
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
* Fluent in English and Italian

Your responsibilities:
* Implement the commercial policy for the professional lighting channel
* Expand coverage in the assigned region, supporting agencies
* Develop business cases with the Country Manager and Head of Sales
* Identify and develop new customers (installers, contractors, end users)
* Develop new projects and update Salesforce accordingly
* Conduct trainings for agencies and customers in Italy
* Serve as the Italy reference for BLE system, collaborating with agencies and HQ
* Gather market intelligence and communicate with Opple marketing
* Meet targets and budget expectations
* Manage internal relationships across channels and departments
