Join Our Team at Xerjoff – Seeking an Retail Area Manager UK Xerjoff, an esteemed Turin-based luxury brand in the world of niche perfumery, is seeking an experienced Area Manager UK to oversee and support our retail network across the United Kingdom. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring operational excellence, retail performance and brand consistency throughout one of Xerjoff's most important international markets. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and support the performance of Xerjoff retail locations and counters across the UK market. - Collaborate closely with department stores and retail partners to ensure the highest standards of customer experience, visual merchandising and brand representation. - Monitor sales performance through key retail KPIs, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing corrective actions when required. - Ensure optimal stock management, product visibility and operational efficiency across all locations. - Support and coordinate retail teams through training initiatives focused on luxury sales standards, customer service excellence and product knowledge. - Assist in the execution of in-store events, brand activations and special projects aimed at strengthening Xerjoff's presence in the UK. - Provide regular reporting and market feedback to headquarters, contributing to strategic and operational decision-making. Requirements: - Minimum 4 years of experience in retail management, area management or similar roles within the luxury, beauty, fragrance or fashion industries. - Strong knowledge of the UK retail landscape and department store environment. - Proven experience in retail performance analysis and KPI management. - Excellent communication, leadership and relationship-building skills. - Strong organizational abilities with a proactive and detail-oriented approach. - Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Location: Based in Pianezza, Italy, with frequent business travel to the UK.
