Ph3Overview /h3 pWe are seeking digital experienced and helpful individuals like you to join our diverse team of bOperations Agents /b in Affi, Lake Garda. /p pFor the position you will be responsible for communicating booking updates with our key excursion transfer suppliers and destination teams to ensure a smooth Service Delivery operation. /p h3Eligibility /h3 pSo if you have a right to work in bItaly /b and speak Italian and English, keep on reading! /p pThe closing date for applications is the 7th of June 2026. /p h3About Our Offer /h3 ul liA job at TUI offers more than your basic salary which already starts at 25.000€ gross per year. /li li1 - 2 days off/week. /li li40 working hours/week, hybrid position /li liWe pay you for all training days completed plus free access to our TUI Learning Hub, TUI Skills Academy language lessons. /li liGet involved with charity and sustainability initiatives like the TUI Care Foundation and complimentary access to our dedicated WeCare Team 24/7 Wellbeing Hub. /li liWe offer seasonal contracts, starting on the 15th of June till the 2nd of October 2026, but either way you can level up your career with growth opportunities tailored to your unique skills and expertise. /li /ul h3About The Job /h3 ul liYou are responsible for communicating booking updates with our excursion suppliers and destination teams to ensure a smooth Service Delivery operation. /li liEnsure all reservations are managed in detail and suppliers receive them on time. /li liMonitor that the terms and conditions of excursions meet the quality and operations standards agreed. /li liOversee operation during excursion day. /li liManage and load all bookings into the system. /li liGuarantee that all information is collected in a timely and efficient manner for invoicing purposes. /li liManage amendments and communicate them to Service delivery team and suppliers guaranteeing services as smoothly as possible and optimizing costs and load factor. /li liResponsible for loading pick up times into the system. /li liSolve daily operational incidents to guarantee that our Service Level Agreements are met. /li liLiaise negotiate with suppliers to solve problems. /li liValuate close excursions according to timelines accounting needs. /li liCollaborate with colleagues in other teams support operations in other areas of Italy. /li liOffer full experience as a local expert to the delivery team. /li liResponsible for pre-ordering attractions entrance tickets. /li liAssist our suppliers/clients when on the spot through the emergency line. /li liGuide contracting. /li /ul h3About You /h3 ul liExcellent communication skills, both verbal and written in Italian English are required. Other European languages would be advantageous. /li liGreat organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. /li liExperience in the leisure and tourism industry is desirable. /li liAble to work in a flexible manner (including different shifts Monday-Sunday). /li liAble to solve problems independently and embrace our digital culture. /li liEasily adapt to working changes and quickly learn new skills. /li liCollaborative and great team player. /li liAbility to prioritize in day‑by‑day workload. /li /ul pFrom a workplace to a place to belong.
