Main Responsibilities: Lead, with support from Country Managers, in originating commercial opportunities to meet or exceed sales targets in Italy and UK. Expand Vector Renewables' network in Italy and UK by identifying new prospects. Organize and participate in meetings/calls with clients or prospects. Update commercial interactions in the company CRM. Prepare commercial proposals with support from various business lines, ensuring compliance with company procedures. Maintain logs of proposals and report monthly during commercial meetings. Report sales activities and market news to senior management. Collaborate with the international sales team to maximize geographic footprint. Support setup of new services and leverage networks in other Vector countries. Assist in organizing events and webinars to promote services and brand. Manage responses to public tenders for asset management or technical advisory services. Gather feedback and price benchmarks to improve services and pricing strategies. Engage with marketing teams to create online content and strengthen brand presence. Support collection of Net Promoter Score twice a year. Desired Requirements: Self-starting, quick learner with strong interpersonal skills and a proactive attitude. Team player capable of balancing sales objectives with workload across business lines. Engineering background or experience in renewable energy preferred. Existing network in the Italian renewable energy market. Previous sales or business development experience is a plus. Minimum 3 years of work experience.
