Our culture empowers professionals to influence strategy, take ownership, and shape the future of digital transformation across global markets.Responsibilities Solution sales focuses on working with our c‐suite clients to take market‐relevant challenges and design & propose solutions aligned to our offering stackThe role encompasses stakeholder relationship management, new business development, market insights, solution creation and proposal and sales executionResponsible for driving pro‐active acquisition of new clients and expansion of existing, with specific focus on penetration into high value prospective clientsEngage in targeted sales activates based on market trends, insights & researchPro‐actively push insights into the market through the creation of white papers, thought leadership and speaking eventsManage and lead RFI/ RFP and Pre‐Sales processes, often bringing together a diverse and globally disparate group of internal and external stakeholdersWork with key stakeholders to define consulting services, including the development of project/resource plans in conjunction with the key project stakeholders and clientsPartnering with the broader sales & AM organisation and segments (Banking) to develop and implement business plans to achieve targets in line with the Luxoft global business strategyMonitor and manage sales progress against the plan and take appropriate action where necessaryEngage with the sales organization globally by discussing new ideas, methods and industry trendsEngage with the wider DXC Sales teamPartner with the BCM&I marketing functions & inside sales to plan and execute marketing campaigns to increase regional brand awarenessWork with the BCM&I partner team to drive partner opportunities & build long term relationshipsUnderstand the company's goal and purpose so that will continual to enhance the company's performanceSKILLS Must have o 10-15 years total experience in IT services sales or business development;o Strong Banking & Capital Markets domain knowledge (Investment Banking preferred);o Proven experience managing and responding to RFP / RFI processes;o Broad exposure to application development and engineering services sales;o Experience or familiarity with Capital Markets platforms (Murex, Calypso, Finastra etc);o Strong consultative and solution‐selling approach;o Ability to balance farming and hunting activities (approx. 50/50);o Wide and active banking network;o High energy, strong ownership mindset, proactive and self‐driven.Nice to have Sales skills#J-18808-Ljbffr
