Business Analyst The business analyst with be part of the Marketing Analytics team and act as the voice of the customer (Marketing Analytics) in articulating and prioritizing desired functionality. The business analyst will be responsible for breaking down capabilities into requirements and requirements to work items. The business analyst will be facilitating testing of the capabilities enabled by the development team and articulate the impact on current reporting. The business analyst will be a knowledge inventory builder within the team and help deliver training documentation for critical capabilities. How will you make an impact? - Work closely with the Marketing Analytics team and - Identify critical capabilities and define detailed requirements for them. - Translate business requirements into work items working in collaboration with IT and see through to completion. - Lead and support testing for the critical capabilities including establishing a stronger understanding of how it impacts reporting. - Communicate periodically the status of the work items including any showstoppers and risks blocking the delivery of the product. - Develop clear documentation of the capabilities and develop training materials where necessary. - Develop an inventory of all capabilities delivered and work with the broader team in advancing them.
