This role is designed for a seasoned hospitality professional with a strong passion for luxury, an entrepreneurial mindset, and the ability to curate seamless, bespoke group experiences while driving long‑term revenue growth. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liProactively identify, solicit, negotiate, and close high‑end group, event, and full buyout business, including exclusive celebrations such as weddings and milestone events, targeting luxury corporate and private clients across key international markets (North America, Continental Europe, UK, Latin America, and Asia). /li liManage the full lifecycle of group and event sales, from initial inquiry and proposal through on‑site coordination, execution, and post‑event follow‑up, ensuring flawless delivery and exceptional guest satisfaction. /li liCollaborate closely with internal departments—including Events, Revenue Management, Operations, and Marketing—to develop tailored offers and bespoke experiences aligned with brand positioning and client expectations. /li liHandle RFPs and direct client requests with efficiency and professionalism, preparing detailed, compelling proposals and contractual agreements. /li liRepresent the brand at international trade shows, sales missions, industry events, and networking opportunities to strengthen market visibility and generate new business. /li liMaintain accurate and up‑to‑date records of sales activities, client interactions, and event details within CRM and reporting systems. /li liMonitor market trends, client needs, and competitor activity to inform proactive sales strategies and identify new revenue opportunities. /li liProvide regular reports to the Associate Director of Sales, outlining performance, opportunities, and challenges. /li liAct as a brand ambassador, ensuring that all communications and client interactions consistently reflect the brand’s luxury standards, values, and culture. /li liTravel extensively to meet clients, attend industry events, and support commercial activities across the properties. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liMinimum of 3 years’ experience in luxury hospitality sales, with a strong focus on groups, events, and full buyouts. /li liProven ability to manage multiple complex group projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail. /li liExcellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, with a natural ability to build long‑term relationships with high‑profile clients. /li liFluency in English is required; additional languages such as Italian or French are considered a plus. /li liWillingness and flexibility to travel extensively (up to 50%). /li liStrong understanding of the luxury hospitality and events market, combined with a proactive, client‑centric, and performance‑oriented approach. /li /ul pLocation: Milan /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
