We are looking for an accomplished kitchen manager (chef) to lead our culinary team in delivering exceptional dining experiences.
Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the kitchen, planning menus, and ensuring the maintenance of established quality standards. This involves overseeing the culinary brigade, managing orders and supplies, and guaranteeing the cleanliness of the kitchen and work area.
Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess at least 5 years of experience as a sous chef or head chef, with strong technical knowledge related to cooking methods and preparation of dishes. They will also have excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as expertise in plating and menu planning.
Salary
The compensation package for this position includes a salary within the range of €2,000 to €2,500 per month, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
