dynamic and proactive, he/she must be customer oriented and be able to interface with different company figures, colleagues, entrepreneurs and managers.
Main responsibilities:
* Follow the market of cardboard throughout Italy.
* Share with the manager the definition of sales strategies and personal budget.
* Contain the competition and anticipate its strategies.
* Interact with the manager, colleagues and customer service.
Education and languages:
* Technical background: degree in engineering preferred
* Good level of knowledge of the English language, spoken and written. This figure often interfaces with the headquarter in Lausanne.
* Knowledge of a second language is considered a plus.
Willingness to move throughout the country for about 80% of the time with short trips of 2-3 days max.
Competencies and skills:
* Sales orientation.
* Negotiation management skills.
* Interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work in teams and good organizational and coordination skills with other people, planning and scheduling activities.
* Enthusiasm and desire to be in the field.
Previous experience of at least 3/5 years in sales, i.e sales support, in industrial production companies and/or the graphics sector.
