PpSelect how often (in days) to receive an alert: /p h3Business Development Manager /h3 pLocation: Milano, IT /p pAs a bBusiness Development Manager /b, you will be responsible for driving the growth of Barco’s Collaboration portfolio (ClickShare) by actively engaging with key end-user accounts across Italy, including Fortune 1000 companies, large enterprises, and public sector organizations. /p pYou are the Barco SPOC person for your key accounts and you will report to the Regional Sales Director. Based in Milan, you are flexible to travel across Italy and will also manage a network of Barco resellers. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 pThe Business Development manager is accountable for growing Barco Collaboration sales and funnel in the targeted country, either by increasing our sales within managed end-user accounts or by end-customer acquisition in the F1000 Target list, focusing on workplace. /p h3Business Development Duties /h3 ul liDrive bClickShare revenue growth /b by proactively targeting large enterprises within the selected vertical markets /li liCollaborate with the Regional Sales Director and Channel Manager to define and execute the most effective end-user approach for the territory /li liIdentify bnew opportunities for Projection, IP, LED or LCD video walls /b within your customer base and transfer these leads to the relevant Barco specialist teams /li liProactively engage with assigned prospect accounts, securing bproof-of-concept projects and demo opportunities /b to build a strong sales pipeline /li liFurther develop a portfolio of existing Fortune 1000 Barco accounts by bincreasing share of wallet /b across subsidiaries and closing indirect deals /li liBuild and maintain relationships with multiple stakeholders at corporate accounts, including Procurement, Project Managers, Prescribers, Facility Managers, IT/AV Managers, and C-level executives /li liFollow up on workplace collaboration leads generated through Barco campaigns, social media, and the company website /li liMaximize existing deployments by expanding across blocal affiliates and supporting growth into European subsidiaries /b as part of a broader European account strategy /li liCollaborate closely with local teams, including pre-sales, service, and other sales specialists, to ensure a coordinated approach /li liMaintain strong alignment with channel colleagues to secure consultant engagement and channel support /li liContinuously monitor bmarket and technology trends /b, providing actionable insights to Sales Management, Segment Marketing, and Product Management /li libIdentify potential barriers in sales opportunities /b and elevate them to the Service Segment Manager and Sales Director to secure additional support /li liProvide regular updates on customer visits and manage the bsales pipeline in line with company CRM processes /b /li /ul h3European Functional Team Work /h3 pBuild strong relationships with bsales teams across different countries /b, as well as with functional leaders at Barco’s headquarters in Belgium, to ensure effective collaboration and alignment. /p h3Your Profile /h3 ul liYou have a bMaster’s degree /b (Business, Marketing, Engineering) or an equivalent combination of education and experience /li liYou have at least b5 years of proven sales experience /b in a related industry/technology /li liYou have a track record of success working in a technology company within the bUCC and audio-visual sectors /b and an experience/address book within the Corporate market /li liYou have a good bunderstanding of IT, UCC AV technologies /b /li liYou have strong experience in indirect End user sales for the respective territory /li liYou understand Solution and Value selling, selling to the Customers’ needs /li liYou have a great bend user network /b in the targeted country at different levels within Fortune 1000 companies /li liYou are able to articulate the benefits of the products to different levels within Fortune 1000 companies /li liYou are beager to hunt /b for new contacts at different levels within a corporate account using LinkedIn or your own build-up network or other tools provided by Barco /li liYou are a high level bsales negotiator /b with outstanding relationship building abilities /li liYou are a strong and assured communicator and presenter, who is able to gain personal credibility with client managers /li liYou can adopt a disciplined and organized approach in regards to your travel, CRM pipeline management and lead answers /li liYou enjoy to work in a bteam /b /li liYou can effectively bwork across organizational and national boundaries /b /li liYou have a self-assured and outgoing personality with the ability and adaptability to work practically, reliably and flexibly, without the need for on-going support /li liYou speak Italian as well as English fluently /li liAn experience of Channel Managementis a plus. /li /ul h3Our Offer /h3 ul liA permanent contract /li liA competitive salary package with fringe benefits such as a company car, health and group insurance, meal vouchers, commission system, … /li liAn interesting, challenging job with lots of autonomy. /li liThe opportunity to work for an international market leader where innovation does matter. /li liInternal training in our Barco University /li liA modern and state of the art working environment /li /ul pReady to take the lead in growing Barco’s Collaboration business in Italy?
