Posizione
We are looking for adynamic and motivated Product Specialistto join our team focused on theElectronic Controllers Platform.
The Product Specialist supports the Product Management team in collecting and organizing market inputs, analysing competitors' products and contributing to the preparation of materials that help define product priorities and roadmap initiatives.
Working cross-functionally with R&D;, Sales, Marketing, Operations and Quality, the Product Specialist helps ensure product information is accurate, accessible and aligned across stakeholders, supporting continuous improvement initiatives onQuality, Cost and Delivery.
Being successful in this role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset and the ability to work as part of a team.
It requires passion for creating best-in-class solutions, flexibility and strong time management skills.
Key Responsibilities
Support the collection, consolidation and organization of market requirements, customer feedback and internal inputs
Perform competitor benchmarking (features, positioning, pricing, documentation, comparisons)
Create and maintain product documentation (datasheets, presentations, internal product notes, release updates)
Support product lifecycle activities (launch readiness, internal alignment, training materials, change communication)
Prepare analyses and reports (market trends, product performance, QCD insights)
Coordinate follow-ups and action tracking across stakeholders to ensure timely execution
Contribute to alignment with distributed teams and participate in product-related meetings with global stakeholders
Requisiti
Experience in a product-related, technical-commercial or analytical role (e.g., Product Support, Technical Marketing, Application Engineering, Sales Support, R&D; interface roles) is a plus
Strong cross-functional collaboration attitude and ability to work in a team
Curious and passionate about electromechanical disciplines
Awareness of how HVAC/R solutions impact the environment
Proactive, well-organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
Problem-solving mindset and ability to support improvement initiatives
Solid communication skills in English (written and verbal), including the ability to create clear and concise presentations for audiences with diverse technical backgrounds
The role is global; availability to travel internationally as needed and to work with distributed teams
