He/She will be reporting directly to the Global E-commerce Business Strategy Operations Manager. /p h3Main Responsibilities /h3 ul liProcess customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring on-time shipment and delivery; /li liCoordinate with the logistics team to manage shipping and delivery; /li liMonitor order tracking and resolve shipping, delivery, or returns issues; /li liCollaborate with the customer service team to address customer inquiries and resolve order-related issues in a timely manner; /li liAssist in maintaining accurate product data, pricing, and availability on the website and other sales channels; /li liSupport the implementation of operational processes and workflows to improve efficiency and productivity; /li liCollaborate with the technology team to identify and resolve operational issues related to e-commerce systems and tools; /li liGenerate operational reports and analyze data to provide insights for process improvement; /li liUse monitoring platforms to analyze price trends of products available on different platforms; /li liVerify prices and competition by browsing online platforms in different countries; /li liShare price gaps with the leading commercial stakeholders; /li liPrepare monthly reports on online competition to support the business. /li liManagement of internal e-commerce order processing (invoice recording). /li /ul h3Main Requirements /h3 ul liDegree in business, operations management, logistics, or a related field; /li liPrevious experience in operations and logistics, customer service and preferably in an e-commerce or retail environment; /li liStrong attention to detail and organizational skills to efficiently manage multiple tasks and orders; /li liProficiency in using e-commerce platforms and order management systems (Salesforce knowledge will be considered a plus); /li liExcellent communication and problem-solving abilities, with a customer-centric mindset; /li liFamiliarity with inventory management and logistics coordination is a plus; /li liFluent in English (both written and spoken). /li /ul pbLocation: /b Breganze (VI) /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
