Autronica’s greatest assets are the expertise, creativity, and passion of our employees – and we’re excited for you to join the team. /p pDo you want to be part of a highly committed team striving toward our vision of zero loss of lives, no injuries, or damages caused by fire and gas? /p h3About the role /h3 pAutronica is seeking a bRegional Sales Manager /b to lead and grow the company’s Fire and Security solutions across Europe and Southern Europe in particular. This role combines strategic vision with a hands‑on approach to business development. You will engage directly with clients, EPCs, system integrators, MEP, and other industrial contractors, driving project wins and expanding Autronica’s presence in the region and globally. The role covers FPSO, LNG, Clean Energy, and conventional energy projects, as well as emerging markets such as Renewables. /p pReporting to the Regional Leader, you will work closely with global teams to ensure strategic alignment, sustainable growth, market leadership and ensure Autronica’s solutions continue to protect assets, people, and operations across the energy sector. /p pPreferred location for the role is bMilan, Italy /b. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 pYour responsibilities as a Regional Sales Manager will be: /p h3Business Growth Market Leadership /h3 ul liIdentify and pursue new business opportunities with end users, EPCs, system integrators, MEP, and industrial contractors as well as explore new applications for our solutions in emerging energy markets. /li liBuild and maintain strong relationships to expand market penetration and reinforce Autronica’s reputation. /li liLead and manage regional key accounts and supporting cross‑regional growth. /li liDeliver accurate forecasts, maintain strong margins, and propose comprehensive fire and gas detection solutions. /li liPartner with global teams and across functions to engage EPCs, MEPs, engineering firms, and stakeholders and to leverage best practices and market intelligence. /li liDevelop and execute the regional market plan, including strategy and marketing, and provide market insights to influence product development and business strategy. /li liAct as a trusted advisor and build alliances with third‑party partners to strengthen market growth. /li liDevelop partnerships with end‑users, distributors, and industry influencers and ensure Autronica’s inclusion on Approved Vendor Lists (AVLs) and organize events with distributors. /li liLead preparation of major bids, ensure compliance with pricing and approvals, and maximize profitability. /li liManage sales KPIs, pipeline, reporting, and bid preparation using Salesforce or similar CRM tools. /li /ul h3Compliance Values /h3 ul liEnsure adherence to Autronica’s ethics, EHS requirements, and company policies. /li liFoster teamwork, employee engagement, and continuous improvement across the region. /li /ul h3Who we are looking for /h3 pTo be successful in this role, you’ll bring a proactive, results‑driven approach and a strong commercial mindset.
