Accountable for achieving agreed productivity and performance targets within agreed budgets and timescales.
Develop account business plans and implement related activities such as customer events, marketing campaigns, and customer meetings to achieve objectives.
Have a deep understanding in the respective area and priority products: knowledge of products, product strategy, positioning, key messages, market access and tender strategy, company developments, customers, and competitors.
Achieve agreed contact, coverage and frequency targets through various and digital communication channels.
Ensure customer satisfaction and best‑in‑class customer relationships in accordance with company procedures.
Contribute positively to the sales and marketing team through cooperative relationships and collaborative efforts to reach team and company objectives.
Provide input into effective use of territorial budget and sales forecasting.
Follow all adverse events guidelines, and Code of Conduct Guidelines as promoted by Sandoz. Demonstrate behavior in accordance with the Sandoz code of practice.
Essential Requirements
At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Scientific degree.
Established network to target customer group and KOL desirable.
Preferred: experience with hospital sector, biosimilar drugs, and tender system.
