Responsibilities
The role involves providing technical support and assistance to social media advertisers, particularly small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs). Responsibilities include:
* Delivering support through multiple channels (chat, email, and outbound phone calls) in Italian and English.
* Providing post-sales assistance, troubleshooting, and improving the advertiser experience on the platforms.
* Guiding advertisers in using platform tools and features and resolving technical issues.
* Multitasking and using several tools simultaneously.
Training and Integration
This position offers comprehensive training for new employees, covering technical skills, customer management, and product knowledge. After successful training, employees are integrated into the Teleperformance team and offered a contract.
Location, Schedule and Benefits
The workplace is based in Lisbon, with rotating shifts and follows Portuguese public holidays. Benefits include 22 days of holiday annually. There are opportunities for contract renewal and a potential permanent contract after two years.
