On behalf of our client, a well established company, leader in the rubber and plastic industry thanks to its innovative products operating in private label for worldwide brands, with approximately 200 employees and a turnover of 100 million Euro, we are looking for an AREA MANAGER. Reporting directly to the Sales Director, the person will be responsible for the sales development of the assigned area and will: - define budget, sales strategies and forecast for the area; - maintain positive relationships with current clients in order to keep high retention rate; - develop new business opportunities, conduct market and competitors analyses; - participate in events and industry trade shows. - has a degree in technical studies; - has gained experience in the role within structured companies of the rubber/plastic industry; - possesses excellent command of the English language, written and spoken; - is available to travel nationally and internationally. The profile is completed by: - very strong organizational and managerial skills; - goal-oriented and result-driven attitude; - excellent communication and relational skills; - strong negotiation and problem solving skills; - ability to team work.
