Job Description
We are seeking a Software Engineer with expertise in Embedded Systems and AI/ML to join our team. You will contribute to designing and developing software for embedded devices in the IoT/Automotive sectors. Your role involves working throughout the software development lifecycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and focusing on:
* Developing middleware on Linux-based embedded systems to manage updates, application lifecycle, security, and hardware abstraction.
* Implementing real-time data collection and processing for Automotive IoT applications such as fleet monitoring, predictive maintenance, drive style estimation, vehicle health monitoring, and road type estimation.
* Integrating and deploying AI/ML models on edge devices to improve system intelligence and responsiveness.
Requirements
* Strong knowledge of C++ and object-oriented programming.
* Proficiency in Linux OS and shell scripting.
* Experience with AI/ML frameworks and deploying models on embedded systems.
* Familiarity with real-time data processing and IoT communication protocols.
* Problem-solving skills and effective teamwork abilities.
Nice to Have
* Experience with the Yocto Project for embedded Linux development.
* Knowledge of automotive standards and protocols (e.g., CAN, UDS).
* Familiarity with hardware accelerators like GPUs or TPUs for AI/ML.
* Understanding cybersecurity principles in embedded systems.
