Your role & impact:
Achieving and exceeding sales and profit targets.
Managing all store resources to deliver an excellent shopping experience for customers.
Ensuring full compliance with company policies, procedures, and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze performance data to drive continuous improvement in sales, productivity and store profitability.
Ensure compliance with legal and financial standards, safeguarding the store's integrity.
Lead by example on the sales floor, driving customer service excellence and team performance.
Maintain strong floor presence, ensuring focus on customer service and sales even in your absence.
Plan and manage staff schedules effectively, ensuring smooth store operations and service delivery.
Act as a Brand Ambassador, consistently reflecting adidas values and culture.
Ensure ongoing team training on customer service, brand, and product knowledge.
Oversee store operations in line with company policies and procedures.
Ensure consistent execution of Visual Merchandising and in-store communication standards.
Manage stock flow efficiently, ensuring timely deliveries and product availability on the sales floor.
Ensure accurate and efficient cash desk operations.
Maintain a safe, compliant, and productive store environment.
Drive recruitment and development of the store team, ensuring alignment with HR policies.
Build a high-performance culture through clear goal setting, performance analysis, and regular feedback.
Share best practices to support performance across stores.
What we are looking for in you:
Minimum 18 months' experience in a sports or fashion retail environment, including at least 12 months in a Store Manager role.
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to plan, organize, coach and motivate a team to deliver an excellent customer experience.
Effective communication, decision-making and analytical skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office; familiarity with Power BI is a plus.
Fluency in Italian and English
Solid understanding of Visual Merchandising and inventory management.
