Main Responsibilities and Contents
Specifically, the resource will have to deal with the following activities:
1. Identify and develop possible opportunities on the market for chlor-alkali business;
2. Develop and foster client relationships;
3. Utilize CRM tools to track client interactions, manage the sales pipeline, and follow up on potential opportunities;
4. Coordinate with Proposal Managers to develop proposals that fit client requests and expectations;
5. Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate with stakeholders;
6. Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape;
7. Participate in trade fairs and conferences, including presentations;
8. Gather useful information from customer and competitor data.
Your Profile
The ideal candidate must satisfy the following requirements:
* University degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or a related Engineering discipline;
* Experience in sales and customer relation management of chemical plants;
* Excellent verbal and written English communication skills; additional languages are a plus;
* Familiarity with project management and execution processes of chemical plants;
* Strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and experience in addressing commercial and legal topics;
* Proficiency in analyzing market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to drive business growth;
* Ability and willingness to deal with different cultures and to travel for meetings with prospects and existing clients.
