As a 1099 independent contractor, you'll have the freedom to set your own schedule, provided you meet the agreed-upon visit frequency for each store. /ph3What You’ll Do : /h3ulliExecute planogram resets to perfection, making sure every product is in its place. /liliIntroduce new products and refresh existing sets to keep displays looking sharp. /liliKeep shelves fully stocked and organized—place replenishment orders as needed. /liliClean, adjust, and maintain fixture quality and product integrity. /liliHang and replace tags to ensure accurate pricing and product identification. /liliPartner with store managers and employees to ensure a seamless retail experience. /liliBe the face of our brand in stores—build positive relationships and share program updates with CVS team members. /li /ulh3What You’ll Need : /h3ulliMust-have tools: smartphone, computer with internet, PDF reader, and the ability to install and use mobile apps to track your work. /liliDetail-oriented mindset and pride in presentation—retail is all about the visual! /liliStrong communication skills—you’ll be interacting with store personnel regularly. /liliThe ability to read and execute planograms / schematics accurately. /liliSome experience in inventory or stock management is a plus. /li /ulh3Preferred Experience : /h3ulli1+ year of retail merchandising or reset execution experience is preferred — but if you're fast on your feet and eager to learn, we want to hear from you! /li /ulh3Why This Role Rocks : /h3ulliBe your own boss.
