The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare sales, particularly in infection prevention, hygiene, or medical-grade disinfectants. This role requires a deep understanding of healthcare environments, regulatory requirements, and customer needs in hospitals, clinics, and other medical facilities.Essential Job Functions
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets within assigned territoryBuild and maintain strong relationships with healthcare distributors, procurement teams, and disinfectants manufacturersConduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for customersIdentify new business opportunities and expand market share in territoryStay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changesCollaborate with marketing and technical teams to support customer needs and product positioningMaintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and forecasts using appropriate tools
Qualifications & Experience
Proven experience in selling disinfectants or hygiene solutions within the healthcare sector (minimum 2–3 years)Strong knowledge of infection prevention protocols and healthcare regulationsExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsAbility to work independently and manage a sales territory effectivelyWillingness to travel within the assigned regionBachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, or related field preferredExisting network of contacts within healthcare distributors and disinfectants manufacturers preferredExperience with tender processes and institutional salesFamiliarity with product registration and compliance in healthcare marketsFluent in English (and German preferred)
