 
        
        Key Responsibilities 
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, with a particular focus on France, the French Riviera, Europe, and the Middle East. 
- Manage and strengthen relationships with developers, architectural firms, interior designers, and high-profile contractors. 
- Oversee the entire commercial cycle: prospecting, qualification, negotiation, and contract closing. 
- Represent Palazzo Morelli at international trade fairs and industry events. 
- Collaborate with internal departments (technical office, procurement, marketing) to ensure project success. 
- Effectively use the company’s CRM platform to enter and update contact databases, monitor interaction history, and manage the sales pipeline. 
Requirements 
- Proven experience as a Business Developer/Sales Manager, gained within the contract and high-end interiors sector. 
- Excellent command of French and fluent knowledge of English. 
- Advanced digital skills, including:
- use of CRM platforms and contact databases; 
- proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; 
- use of LinkedIn and Sales Navigator for networking and lead generation; 
- knowledge of project management platforms (such as Notion, Monday, ClickUp); 
- ability to use Canva for presentations (considered a plus). 
- Strong aptitude for participation and representation at international fairs and events. 
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and complex deal management skills. 
- Willingness to travel frequently.
