Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities, with a particular focus on
France, the French Riviera, Europe, and the Middle East.
Manage and strengthen relationships with developers, architectural firms, interior designers, and high-profile contractors.
Oversee the entire commercial cycle: prospecting, qualification, negotiation, and contract closing.
Represent Palazzo Morelli at international trade fairs and industry events.
Collaborate with internal departments (technical office, procurement, marketing) to ensure project success.
Effectively use the company's CRM platform to enter and update contact databases, monitor interaction history, and manage the sales pipeline.
Requirements
Proven experience as a
Business Developer/Sales Manager, gained within the
contract and high-end interiors sector.
Excellent command of
French
and fluent knowledge of
English.
Advanced digital skills, including:
use of CRM platforms and contact databases; proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; use of LinkedIn and Sales Navigator for networking and lead generation; knowledge of project management platforms (such as Notion, Monday, ClickUp); ability to use Canva for presentations (considered a plus).
Strong aptitude for participation and representation at international fairs and events.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and complex deal management skills.
Willingness to travel frequently.
