This role is part of the Financial Business Partnering team, reporting to the Commercial Finance Supervisor.
What You’ll Be Doing
We are looking for a person interested in developing a career starting as a Commercial Finance Specialist - On Premise & On Premise Franchise Channel. Key responsibilities include:
* Managing P&L, including budget and forecast planning, coordinating with different functions.
* Conducting variance analysis (volume, price, mix) vs forecasts, budgets, prior year, providing insights and guidance.
* Ensuring accurate monthly closures and preparing management reports on business and financial performance.
* Driving visibility of channel performance through profitability reports, scorecards, KPI monitoring.
* Aligning promo plans with commercial strategies and triggering corrective actions to optimize financial performance.
* Acting as the primary contact for sales force regarding financial analysis and data.
* Supporting business case development for events with sales and trade marketing.
* Assisting sales in analysis and insights for the business.
Who We’re Looking For
* Master’s degree in Economics or Industrial Engineering preferred.
* At least 1 year of experience, preferably in commercial finance or related functions.
* Proficiency in English and Italian, both written and spoken.
* Ability to work cross-functionally and manage complex situations.
* Strong analytical skills.
