Office Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement the e-commerce strategy;
* Oversee the development of functionality and the progressive improvement of the Customer Journey, ensuring communication aligns with the Brand's positioning;
* Monitor sales KPIs using Analytics tools;
* Manage the online catalog;
* Manage partner sites;
* Coordinate with the Visual and Content Team for continuous ROI optimization;
* Enhance Customer Experience by monitoring NPS and implementing corrective actions;
* Collaborate with the Marketing Team to develop initiatives that increase traffic and improve Conversion Rate (CR);

Requirements:
The resource must demonstrate:
* Previous professional experience as an e-commerce manager;
* Preference for candidates with experience in structured companies such as Booking, Trivago, or related to the luxury segment (Farfetch, Goop);
* Strategic and creative vision for content creation (video and multimedia);
* Data analysis mindset;
* Passion for storytelling with strong communication skills and excellent written Italian language skills, including grammar;
