Posizione: Main Responsibilities: - Defining the type of support needed and addressing the issue to the related Dealer or Distributor; - Evaluating claim requests and collecting evidences of product defection or deliveries unconformity; - Identifying the nature of product defection and sending products for CQ inspections or product repair; - Producing credit notes in the system; - Producing waybill for shipping or repaired products; - Creating a reports regarding claims and all related information. Requisiti: Job requirements: - High school graduation; - At least 3 years of working experience in the field of technical apparel; - Fluency in English; - Fluency in Spanish or German; - Good knowledge of AS400 or SAP; - Ability to work in a team and in a fast-paced environment; - Passion for motorsports; - The knowledge of Salesforce is welcome.
