Posizione : Main Responsibilities : Defining the type of support needed and addressing the issue to the related Dealer or Distributor; Evaluating claim requests and collecting evidences of product defection or deliveries unconformity; Identifying the nature of product defection and sending products for CQ inspections or product repair; Producing credit notes in the system; Producing waybill for shipping or repaired products; Creating a reports regarding claims and all related information. Requisiti : Job requirements : High school graduation; At least 3 years of working experience in the field of technical apparel; Fluency in English; Fluency in Spanish or German; Good knowledge of AS400 or SAP; Ability to work in a team and in a fast-paced environment; Passion for motorsports; The knowledge of Salesforce is welcome.
