With headquarters in Germany and clients across the world, we are looking for a high-energy sales executive (Italian & English) who thrives under pressure, thinks fast, and closes deals. What You'll Do
* Drive end-to-end sales in the medical transport and aviation space
* Engage and build trust with clients in urgent, emotionally charged situations
* Think on your feet to design tailored solutions under time pressure
* Develop new partnerships and expand existing client relationships
* Represent Vendana with confidence across global markets and time zones
* Take ownership of results while working hand-in-hand with our international team
What We're Looking For
* Excellent communication and command of Italian and English at C2 level
* Any additional C2 language is a strong plus
* A resilient, fast-thinking sales personality — motivated, persistent, and persuasive
* Calm under pressure with excellent problem-solving skillsWillingness to work flexible shifts (including weekends) in a 24/7 industry
* Previous sales experience in international or high-stakes environments (aviation/medical a plus, but not required)
