Responsibilities Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement regional sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets for service products. Identify and pursue new business opportunities while expanding existing customer relationships. Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to refine sales approaches. Collaborate with supporting functions to drive demand generation and lead conversion. Customer & Partner Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and channel partners. Conduct business reviews with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities. Resolve customer concerns collaboratively with support and operations teams. Reporting & Forecasting: Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports to senior leadership. Track and report regional performance metrics such as revenue, margins, and conversion rates. Utilize CRM tools to manage sales activities and ensure data accuracy. Collaboration & Cross-Functional Alignment: Work closely with Solutions, Marketing, and Local hardware teams to align sales efforts. Provide field feedback to influence product development and service improvements. Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals, setting clear KPIs and monitoring performance. Promote a high-performance culture emphasizing accountability and customer success. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's or master's degree in science and technology, preferably in power electronics, communication, electrical, mechanical, or automation. Strong decision-making skills to handle complex situations and urgent issues effectively. Some work experience with a basic understanding of the new energy market. Proficiency in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing); multilingual skills are a plus. Ability to set clear objectives, allocate tasks reasonably, promote teamwork, and accept overseas travel; overseas work experience is preferred. J-18808-Ljbffr
