Libon is an international application for calling loved ones, which is recharged like a prepaid SIM card.
It offers a range of top-ups at 5€, 10€, and 20€ to landlines and mobiles in +160 countries.
Libon’s best offers are based on rates negotiated with Orange and MTN in Africa and Globe and Smart in the Philippines, Bangladesh, India, and Pakistan.
These offers are now available in physical and digital form through resale networks such as telephone shops, tobacconists, kiosks, and convenience stores.
Beyond distributing Libon offers, it is necessary to better communicate, animate, and federate the communities around the application.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The scope concerns increasing Libon’s turnover in Italy through field actions. This includes adjusting offers and promotions for physical distribution and engaging with communities of sellers and buyers around the app.
In B2B, at points of sale selling our Scratchcards/Epins.
In B2C, direct interaction with application users, associations, households, and influencers within foreign communities (Africans, Asians, Indians, Americans, etc.).
Market analysis :
* Define prospecting areas, identify hot spots, and prioritize to develop Libon’s sales volumes.
* Ensure competitive and technological watch.
* Identify and prioritize distribution networks and deployment areas.
* Engage in hunting and commercial prospecting.
* Identify lead-generating contacts and study community customer needs.
* Test various distribution networks and promotional strategies.
* Implement the trade marketing plan as decided by management.
* Be creative and propose ideas to enhance Libon’s visibility at points of sale and within diasporas.
* Implement POS displays in partner points of sale to ensure product visibility.
* List points of sale offering Libon products.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
* At least 2 years of experience in field sales and operational marketing, trade marketing, or community distribution in Sicily is a plus.
* Talent for negotiation and a strong desire to acquire new customers.
* Good knowledge of diaspora communities and their consumption habits in the area.
* Proficiency in Excel and numerical data analysis.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills.
* Voluntary, dynamic, and enthusiastic attitude.
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams and external networks.
* Intermediate level of English and French, and knowledge of a third African language such as Wolof, are mandatory.
* Driver’s license is mandatory.
