Qualifications
- Consolidated experience as a multi‑mandate sales agent in industrial B2B.
- Active client portfolio in the sectors of plant engineering, mechanics, food, furniture, shipbuilding, agriculture, or related.
- Familiarity with companies using metal components, stainless‑steel pipes, or custom machining.
- Residence in Northern Italy (Emilia‑Romagna, Lombardia, Piemonte, Veneto).
- Excellent knowledge of local commercial dynamics.
- Ability to develop new markets and acquire new clients.
- Autonomous negotiation management with a strong results orientation.
- Active VAT registration and ENASARCO membership.
- Existing mandates that are complementary and non‑conflicting.
Responsibilities
- Develop and strengthen the national market (Italy), currently underserved by the company.
- Acquire new clients in target industrial sectors, focusing on business diversification.
- Promote customized technical solutions (stainless‑steel pipes and custom machining).
- Manage and develop commercial relationships across the territory.
- Analyze client needs and interface with the company's technical office.
- Lead negotiations and commercial conditions independently.
- Provide periodic activity reports and development updates.
Entry: immediate or negotiable. Workplace: company headquarters in the province of Ancona (area of Fabriano), with operations throughout Northern Italy. Position: multi‑mandate sales agent (Enasarco). Compensation: commission in line with market standards, commensurate with experience, client portfolio, and commercial development potential.
