Offerta
- Manage and develop the assigned Modern Trade (GDO) customer portfolio at national and periferic level, in Italy market
- Negotiate annual commercial deals (price lists, promotions, assortments, trading terms)
- Define and implement growth strategies for the assigned accounts
- Evaluete sales performance (sell‑in / sell‑out, rotations, margins) and monitor key KPI's
- Work closely with Marketing and Trade Marketing teams to execute promotional plans and new product launches
- Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers and category managers
- Manage forecasting and commercial planning activities
- Monitor market trends and market players, with a strong focus and functional dairy segment
- Report to National Account Manager
- Based in Luxembourg
Competenze ed esperienza
A successful Key Account Manager GDO should have:
- 2-5 years of experience as a Key Account Manager within Modern Trade (GDO)
- Background in the FMCG sector, preferably food / dairy or FMCG
- Solid experience in negotiations with the Italian GDO
- Strong analitic skills and ability to manage customer P&L;
- Performance mindset and strong customer orientation
- Excellent communication and relations
