Essential Responsibilities
* Capacità nell'operare con qualsiasi tipo e dimensione di mandrino singolo o multiplo su una varietà di operazioni (rettifica, foratura, rifilatura, alesatura, filettatura, ecc..)
* Set-up ed utilizzo attrezzatura CNC
* Utilizzo degli strumenti, attrezzature e calibri necessari per eseguire le operazioni
* Capacità nell'eseguire set-up nell'utilizzo di tornio, rettifiche, fresatrici, centri di lavoro
* Controllo della corretta attrezzatura, affilatura e allineamento
* Abilità nel lavorare con tolleranze strette e finiture di precisione
* Gestione di più macchine contemporaneamente
* Capacità nella risoluzione dei problemi su utensili ed attrezzature secondo necessità
Qualifications/Requirements
* Diploma di scuola superiore
* Solida esperienza in officina meccanica (preferenza su produzione ingranaggi e componenti di alta precisione)
* Padronanza nell'utilizzo di strumenti di misurazione (ad esempio - calibro, micrometri, strumenti di misura, profondimetri, ecc.) secondo necessità nel reparto
* Esperienza nella lettura di disegni tecnici e cartellini/schede di processo
* Conoscenza pregressa delle operazioni di officina meccanica
* Buona conoscenza della lingua Inglese ed Italiana
* Visto lavorativo in conformità con la normativa locale
* Disponibilità a lavorare sui tre turni e/o nel weekend
* Visto lavorativo in conformità con la normativa locale
Desired Characteristics
* Precedente esperienza in officina meccanica nel ruolo di operatore su macchina CNC (tornio, rettifica, centro di lavoro, etc.)
* Formazione e/o addestramento nelle operazioni di officina meccanica.
* Abilità nel lavorare su macchina a controllo numerico (Siemens, Fanuc, etc.)
* Conoscenza di base della programmazione, inclusa la lettura e modifica dei programmi
* Precisione e attenzione ai dettagli
* Capacità di lavorare in team e di gestire attività complesse
* Orientamento alla sicurezza e alla qualità
