What will you do?
* Lead the commercial strategy and go-to-market for the GDO segment.
* Manage the entire sales funnel, from lead generation to closing contracts.
* Build and maintain long-term relationships with C-level decision-makers in GDO chains.
* Set growth objectives and guide the sales team towards achieving them.
* Identify new business opportunities and adjacent markets.
* Collaborate with the product team to align development with market needs.
Are you the right person?
* You have extensive experience in commercial roles and leadership responsibilities.
* You have managed sales teams, know how to work collaboratively, develop people, and reach shared goals. We seek a leader capable of building trust, alignment, and team spirit.
* You have experience selling technological solutions to GDO, understand sector dynamics, identify the right contacts, and communicate complex needs with clear value propositions.
* You possess a well-established network in retail and large distribution.
* You can structure scalable, data-driven sales processes.
* You approach sales with a data-driven mindset: reading numbers, understanding what works, and optimizing activities accordingly.
